What is a floral elixir according to Dr. Bach?

Dr. Edward Bach (1886-1936) assumed that certain negative emotional states can have a detrimental effect on our bodily well-being. Thus, rather than directly relieving a physical dysfunction, he advocated the restoration of a psychological balance based on the use of 38 different flowers with harmonizing and positive strength.

This method does not claim to be the solution to all the physical or moral inconveniences that can be encountered but it can play a significant supporting role in case of emotional imbalance.

Overview

This flower is suitable for those who have the ambition to achieve something important in their lives, to make various experiences, to live fully. However, they suffer from uncertainty and hesitate about the way to go, on the path to follow, although they are ambitious, they do not have a particular vocation. This leads to persistent and very depressing dissatisfaction.

Mad Oatmeal is the floral remedy adapted to this regrettable negative state, which would require sessions of analysis so that the unconscious motivations which are at the base of this mental and mental disorder can reappear.

We find this state in the signage of Folle Avoine, wild plant with uncertain destiny and who lives where it falls, in the woods, the fields, along the roads. However, it manages to survive by looking for wet places where there is a lot of water, because this element is the primordial matrix of life on our planet, as well as a symbol of the unconscious. Such an instinctive attitude reflects a need for fertile adaptation that allows to implement the talent that the type of wild oats is endowed, even if its fruit consists only of a single seed that does not open at maturity.

The decisive aid comes from the greenish flowers, whose color is already curative in itself. Traditionally linked to spring, to the period of luxuriant but balanced growth of nature, the green color perfectly coincides with the character of a person sure of itself and who knows how to find his right place in society. The remedy of Mad Oats guarantee the transformation of an uncertain person, indecisive and dissatisfied, into a balanced person, decided and measured. The latter will be able to act with an awareness of her own talent and vocation, and with the assurance of being able to say and do many things, she will make precise choices adapted to her own spiritual requirements.
