Placing your eye or neck pillow pillow in the freezer for minimum 10 minutes or for a few hours in a plastic bag or zip lock bag, stays soft and adds a 'very cool' element to your relaxation experience. When the coolness wears off, turn it over and the other side will give you additional cooling relief.

Never place a too warm eye pillow directly on the eyes! For the neck this will give no problems.
