Outer cushion material: cotton.
Inner cushion material: cotton, refillable.

Refillable: The buckwheat pods in the meditation cushion settle down after a while, so that for your comfort, it must be filled.

The height of the meditation cushion can be adjusted by removing some of the padding.

Washing instructions: After removing the cushion inside with the padding, wash separately in cold or lukewarm water.
