Ingredients : Lactose, dextrose, sea salt, calf rennet, Lactococcus lactis.
To prepare the cottage cheese, simply pour the contents of 1 sachet of Lactaline® ferment into 2 to 3 litres of milk, shake to ensure a good dilution of the ferment, cover and then let the fermentation take place for 24 to 48 hours, at room temperature and drain (2 to 3 hours depending on the desired consistency).
