How to use
Put some drops in an essential oil diffuser/ burner.
Or use 2 drops 3 times a day on a neutral carrier (honey or lump of cane sugar or vegetable oil).
Massage: dilute a few drops in a vegetable oil and apply locally.

Tips & advice
Take 3 drops of lemon essence daily on a fourth of a lump of cane sugar or with some fruit juice, in the morning before eating to promote digestion and for purification.

Skin irritation possible (dermocaustic) with undiluted use.
Risk of hypersensitivity to sunlight, do not use for a sunbath.
Keep out of reach of young children.

Do not exceed the recommended dose.
