Distilled organ: leaf.

Manufacture: traditional distillation by steam distillation. It takes about 100 kg of leaves to obtain 1 kg of essential oil.

Origin: Madagascar.

Botany: The Madagascar camphor tree, from which the essential oil of ravintsare is extracted, is a tree of the Lauraceae family. It measures 5 to 8 meters, but can reach up to 15 meters. It is found in hot and dry regions. Its leaves are oval and give off a fresh smell linked to the presence of cineole. Originally from MADAGASCAR, its name in Malagasy means "leaves good for everything" or "trees with good leaves". Malagasy people use it to cure a multitude of ailments, flavoring rum. They use it against the sufferings of body and mind.

What does an RAVINTSARA essential oil look like? Appearance: limpid mobile liquid / Color: colorless to light yellow / Odor: spicy, sweet, eucalyptolate, fresh and balsamic.

Its properties: The Ravintsara is a major essential oil in aromatherapy, specialist in viral infections, particularly active on the respiratory sphere: colds, bronchitis, influenza, sinusitis, cough ... It is recommended to help clear the congested respiratory tract and nose clogged, it is an essential essential oil in winter!
- Antiviral: it is the essential anti-viral oil par excellence ... the most effective and the safest for all ages! It is both anti-infectious and antibiotic and limits the risk of superinfection.
- Immunostimulant: the essential oil of Ravintsara stimulates the adrenal glands, responsible for the immune response

Recommended use:
- Dermal :
- Cold sores: dilute 1 drop with vegetable oil and apply to the area
- Otitis: drop a drop behind the ear and massage.

In massage:
-Bronchite productive with fat cough, nasopharyngitis, etc. : dilute in a vegetable oil and massage the anterior and posterior thorax as well as the soles of the feet.
- Influenza: dilute in a vegetable oil and massage the spine and the arch.
- Sinusitis: dilute with vegetable oil and massage at the sinuses. Be careful, do not put HE too close to the eyes. If HE is in eyes, rinse with vegetable oil.

In broadcast:
- In case of epidemic flu and other winter viruses, think about this essential oil with remarkable antiviral properties. Spread it in the rooms of the house three times 30min a day to clean up the atmosphere. This simple gesture reduces the risk of contamination and increases the immunity of those present.
In olfaction:
Immune reinforcement and prevention. Epidemic risks Skin: 3 drops on the wrists + Respiratory route: breathe deeply into the bottle. In prevention, 1 time per day during all the risk period.

Inhalation: 4 to 5 drops in a bowl of hot water or on a tissue paper.

Contraindication :

- Do not use in pregnant or lactating women
- Do not use in children under 3 years
