The seven Chakras

6th Chakra: 3RD EYE/Ajña - 221.23 Hz - The 3rd EYE tuning fork has the same frequency as the planet Venus. This fork helps the pineal gland. The pineal gland is a light-sensitive gland that produces the hormone melatonin which regulates sleep and awakening. The colour is bright Pink with light Green. Use this tuning fork on the 3rd Eye, directly between the eyebrows.
