This Yoga Mat is a great tool for helping you achieve your health and fitness goals.
Do not use in washing machine or dryer. Wipe the mat with cloth and natural soap only and hang to dry.
A bit more expensive than the general 3-4 mms mats, but we did not compromise regarding your comfort and chose 5 mms for the best available, comfortable and relaxing yoga exercise mats.
