Shakti operates its own factory in India. This is an original way to work while accompanying people for a better life. The factory is built according to Indian Vastu Shastra (from which the origins of Feng Shui can be traced), to bring harmony to the building.

The objective is to create working conditions as well as possible in harmony with local traditions and religion. All employees are women, because they often have difficulty finding work that is compatible with running their homes. Shakti society is very aware of the desires and needs of women workers, for example:

- Hours of work between 09:00 and 17:00, six days a week
- Rest days allowed to celebrate local holidays and weddings (which is common at certain times of the year)
- One free meal per day, cooked by the factory chef
- Free care in case of need
- Health insurance

Women produce Shakti carpets with great compassion and love. Shakti's intention is to bring happiness and harmony to all parties, from the working woman in India to the end consumer in Europe.
